About this Course

Our goal is to make Judo accessible to all who step on the mat, in a safe, supportive environment. Practice proper rolling and falling techniques, learn to grip, move, grapple, and safely throw opponents. Judo knowledge, including some Japanese vocabulary, will be taught, as well as dojo conduct and discipline. Judo uniform and USJA membership required. More information will be provided in class.
