About this Course

Our program uses FUN to teach problem solving skills and the beginning fundamentals for sports including throwing, catching, kicking, and running. Games may include wiffleball, soccer, capture the flag, relay & obstacle races, and much more. Featuring structured, simple activities, individual and team-building challenges, and small-sided competitions to develop teamwork and engage young athletes.
