About this Course

This is not an in person class and takes place via ZOOM online. With the constant threat of COVID-19, many people are nervous about enrolling for live camps/classes. This is a new way and safe way of learning some gymnastics skills, stay in shape with great fitness and have fun with other gymnasts from all over! Santa Rosa Gymnastics certified coaches will take you through a fun pre-organized workout and will give students corrections and feedback on their work. What you will need: A current email and paperwork to be filled out with Santa Rosa Gymnastics A way to watch a zoom meeting (TV, Computer, Tablet or other device) A clear, soft 5x5 space A couch, chair or stool Have handy a towel, pillow, broom, canned food/weights, stuffed animal.
