About this Course

This workshop takes place via ZOOM. Learn to live with ease! Tapping is a self-healing tool that uses a sequence of light physical "tapping" on external acupuncture points. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn, participate and explore how this tool can be utilized in a variety of situations; from physical pain and negative emotion, to anxiety, stress and PTSD.
