This is an ongoing course, which teaches the art of American Kenpo Karate. Gain harmony of the body, mind and spirit. The class is designed to provide instruction leading to accomplishing ranks from White Belt to Black Belt, with a focus on self-defense. This includes the emphasis on: Self-defense techniques, Kata (Forms), Kumite (Sparring), Fitness, and Philosophy. The resulting outcome is: increased self-confidence, discipline, flexibility, improved balance, mental concentration, focus, physical conditioning, and respect. Your needs and goals are addressed, recognizing your unique and personal characteristics. This beginner class is for white belt through blue belt and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm, and Saturdays from 10am-11am.
