About this Course

Join the fun at Santa Rosa Gymnastics where boys and girls climb, swing, roll, jump & flip their way to a healthy mind & body! Have a blast learning basic gymnastic skills on the Olympic apparatus, including 3 different types of trampolines. This positive and well-structured program includes specially designed and scaled equipment to help them gain important motor skills, increase body awareness, strength, coordination and confidence. No experience necessary. Complete viewing area for family and friends. Wear movable clothing (no zippers, buttons or snaps), all hair must be tied back, no jewelry, only bare feet is allowed during class. Classes held at Santa Rosa Gymnastics Center, 2210 Bluebell Drive in Santa Rosa (525-1720). Release forms must be completed by parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
