Meet new friends, practice yoga, and get creative during this fun week of activities and adventures! Yoga is a fun and healthy activity improving focus, physical health, academic performance, and attitudes toward themselves. Different yogic themes offered each day, such as peacefulness, friendship, and being healthy. Filled with arts and crafts, games, music, and stories, we will also spend some time each day outdoors in the park. Bring a yoga mat, a healthy snack, water bottle, sunscreen, and appropriate movement clothes. Min 5 Max 10 Instructor: Heather Noyes is a E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor) for Kids and Adults. She is also a 1st grade Elementary School teacher, a musician, a school gardener, and a former Environmental Educator. She is inspired by connecting kids with nature and guiding them to discover their own peaceful practices to last a lifetime.
