About this course

Love animals and science? Come learn about animal behavior, how animal bodies work, what makes them sick and the skills veterinarians use to make them better. Campers ‘adopt’ a stuffed pet, then through group activities using genuine medical equipment, educational models, videos and visits from a live dog guest, learn the ins and outs of being a veterinarian. Also included are fun ways to exercise our bodies with animal-inspired games like charades, yoga and more! Bring a bag lunch and snack. All learning supplies and materials and a camp T-shirt are included in this fun, interactive camp. No before or after camp supervision. NOTE: email Dr. Pam for a camp waiver form at pamwittenberg@kidvets.net. Min 16 Max 25 Instructor: Pam Wittenberg is a 30-year veterinarian. She loves sharing her passion for science, animals, and learning.
